Pretty tree lined streets, and well kept town houses make up this pretty area, and the quietness of the neighbourhood allows you to escape from the normal hustle and bustle of an inner city, whilst remaining close by to all amenities.

The only real downside to having a Mayfair office space is the cost element - this prestigious area comes with a high price tag. There is little room financially for small start up businesses in the area, unless they have a great deal of capital from the get go. Vitally your business needs to consider its consumer base - if the affluent who frequent Mayfair are the customers who you need to visit and be aware of your office, this is an ideal situation for your company, and perhaps a worthwhile investment.
